Taught by Juniper’s Segyu Rinpoche, this two day course will introduce the fundamental ideas of Buddhist training and meditation. Participants will learn how to meditate and how to use these methods to enhance one’s life. The course is suitable for beginners or anyone interested in Juniper’s modern approach to Buddhist training.

Description: A drop-in weekly meditation session that includes a short talk by one of Juniper’s teachers, followed by one or more meditations.

Dates & Times:  Tuesday evenings, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., holidays excepted.

Location: Juniper’s meditation hall at 3923 Pepper Tree Court, Redwood City, CA 94061.

Cost: $10 per session, payable by cash or check at the door.
