Meditation, Talk & Discussion - Santa Cruz

Group meditation that includes concentration and analytical meditation, a talk, and discussion on topics such as balancing emotions, compassion and insight. $10 drop in.

When: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Nov 22 RESCHEDULED to Nov 29 for Thanksgiving Holiday

Location: Pacific Cultural Center 1307 Seabright Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062 (Gallery Room, upstairs in main building)
